About Me
I’m Kristina Voci, a certified Holistic Health Coach dedicated to helping others create balance and well-being in all areas of life. My journey into holistic health began with my studies in chemistry and health sciences, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding the body and how it functions. Wanting to take a more integrative approach to wellness, I pursued my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I deepened my knowledge of nutrition, gut health, stress management, and lifestyle coaching.
Over the past year, I’ve had the honor of supporting clients one-on-one and in group settings, guiding them through sustainable lifestyle changes tailored to their unique health goals. Whether it’s improving digestion, balancing hormones, reducing stress, or boosting energy, I’m here every step of the way—offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support to help them build lasting habits and feel their best.
